Online Course for Teens

Always exciting to offer something new to the world. I wrote a MindBody Workbook for Teens in 2019 and I worked, along with a teacher and a psychology grad student on a mini-course for junior high/high school students that would teach them enough about mind-body medicine and their health to interest them and maybe even "innoculate" them against some of these disorders.

My goal was to do a few pilot programs at schools and then bring it out to many schools. It has been piloted in a couple of situations, including a summer camp for troubled teens.

I finally decided to video myself teaching the Five Lesson (Five Day) course, add the Teen Workbook to the Online Program, and make it available to the world. A separate teacher manual is available to Teachers who wish to use the course in the classroom setting.

I hope that schools, teachers, principals, headmasters and the like will find it and pick up the baton to expand upon this crucial area of social emotional learning. SEL is a big catchphrase in education right now, and rightfully so as our post Covid kids need a lot of help with social interactions, stress management, and life skills. My Course offers a start in all of those areas.

This Course is education about mind-body, placebo, stressors, life balance, ACE's and TMS. It is not designed as a therapeutic course. But I hope and dream that by educating the youth, we may reduce future TMS/PPD/NPS? At least we may teach younger people, a younger generation, to be more aware of how the mind and emotions affects psychological AND physical health so that they can speak to their doctors and get ahead of their doctors in this arena. Some of them will become physicians and allied health professionals and hopefully this mind-body course will put them on the right track to learn more.

Anyway, here it is.

Learning. Journaling. Connecting Mind and Body.

As a platform that tracks the intersection of technology and well-being at TechNewzTop360, we find this online course for teens incredibly timely. Empowering the next generation with mindfulness tools is just as essential as professional mentorship in the adult world. Much like how PedroVazPaulo Coaching: Leadership Development & Business Growth Strategies helps professionals navigate complex corporate environments, this course provides teenagers with the internal 'strategy' needed to manage stress and digital burnout. It’s wonderful to see accessible, digital-first mental health resources that prioritize long-term emotional intelligence. Thank you for sharing such a valuable resource for families!

I found the detailed explanation about stream sources and redundancy very helpful. A professional restream configuration with multiple ingest points reduces the risk of service interruptions, which is essential for maintaining high-quality streaming experiences across the United States.
